Sabrina Poon, MD, MPH is a physician executive with deep expertise in value-based care, clinical quality measurement, and data-driven performance improvement. She brings over 10 years of emergency medicine clinical experience to her work in healthcare analytics and operations, grounding her approach in real-world clinical needs and evidence-based decision-making. While practicing as an emergency physician at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, she also designed and managed value-based care programs as Medical Director of Episodes of Care.

She completed the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency at Mass General Brigham, then stayed on as a Health Policy Research and Translation Fellow. Sabrina holds an MD from Vanderbilt University, an MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a BA from Yale University.
