Ian Wood is a legal executive with 20 years of experience building the legal infrastructure that enables high-growth technology companies to scale. At Clarify, he leads legal operations, establishes AI governance frameworks, and structures complex commercial arrangements for the Meridian platform — with a focus on the intersection of healthcare analytics and AI. Throughout his career, Ian has served as the sole or primary legal lead for global sales, HR, and executive teams, navigating enterprise SaaS negotiations, complex employment matters, and strategic litigation management. He holds a JD from Golden Gate University School of Law and a BA in Literature and Languages from California State University, East Bay.
