Christine Gu brings over 20 years of experience across all aspects of finance and accounting at major private and publicly traded technology companies. A Big 4-trained CPA, she oversees Clarify's full financial operations and serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, board of directors, and investors on capital structure, fundraising, and long-range planning.

Christine has navigated every stage of the company lifecycle from early-stage scaling and late-stage fundraising to IPOs, SOX implementation, debt financings, and M&A diligence. Her national recognition as the 2022 Controller of the Year speaks to the rare combination of technical depth and strategic vision, she brings to Clarify's continued growth.

Christine received her BS in Business Administration, Accounting from San Francisco State University.
