How Clarify Health recruiting works
We want candidates to be able to recognize a genuine conversation with our team. Here's what you can expect from us:
Job postings. Open roles are listed on this page.
Who contacts you. All outreach and scheduling comes from an @clarifyhealth.com email address or through Lever, our recruitment platform.
Interviews. Conducted over Microsoft Teams or Zoom with video on, or by phone.
Offers. Presented by phone by one of our recruiters.
What we'll never ask for. We don't request sensitive personal or financial information at any point in the process, and we don't conduct interviews or onboarding over social media, Telegram, or Skype.
Occasionally people impersonate Clarify Health recruiters — sometimes using our logo, or the names and photos of real employees. If something doesn't match what's described above, it isn't from us.
