Betty Rodriguez leads the People function at Clarify Health Solutions, serving as a strategic partner to the executive team across talent acquisition, total rewards, compliance, benefits, and culture. She joined Clarify during a period of significant growth and has guided the organization through workforce transformation, multi-state expansion, and structural change, including M&A integration, while maintaining a consistent focus on clarity, leadership capability, and a strong employee experience.

With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, Betty brings a grounded, execution-focused approach to organizations at inflection points. She is known for operating with empathy and transparency, building people programs that scale, and helping leadership teams make thoughtful decisions about their workforce even in fast-moving environments.

Betty holds a BA in Human Development from Boston College and an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
