A value-based programs expert, Lisa was most recently Senior Director of Value-Based Innovations and Strategic Partnerships at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. She navigates as a credible hub of expertise in the use of healthcare technology to better serve all patient populations, help physicians succeed in incentive programs while reducing burden, and assist health plans in both assessing risk/performance and evolving incentive models. Lisa is deeply focused on finding ways to make both the provider and patient experience better.
